Looking for meals to cook this Sunday? My quick and easy Easter menu is here and I could not be more excited. I love hosting: date night, game night, family dinners, holiday parties, you name it!
There is nothing I love more than a weekend to disconnect. In less than three days I: turkey hunted for the first time, went wine tasting, ate bento box BBQ, explored park avenue, and lastly, the whole reason for this story... got to stock up on all my favorite Trader Joe's items!
Yesterday morning, I swear, the air just smelled like spring. There is something about it that just makes me happy - Easter on the horizon, longer and warmer days, brighter colors, summer style, flowers blooming, I can't get enough!
I am just a college student obsessed with skin care / better living and sharing the love of things that work for me. SOOOO I genuinely like to take a sec to buy these, try these, see if they work and review for you all!
In other news, gratitude has been a main focus of mine this past month. It's appropriate in almost any situation and is a much better response than half of the things we say *hint my opening statement*.
They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. Three weeks ago today, I started my 7 day challenge from Winter Youth Summit and I'm here to share how I truly made this my own!
Did I not promise that 2018 was going to be jam-packed with wellness / skincare / healthy habit research?? I'll admit, I've had a little too much fun reading up on methods and products as well as trying them all out. Amazon was already my best friend, but it has quickly become my saving grace.
Who else struggles with the pull and tug of being cozy v fashionable when traveling?? Being comfortable enough to survive earlier flights, drawn out layovers, and weather changes, but stylish enough to not terrify my Uber driver lol.
I finally put my discouragement and lack luster selfies to the side because I have to talk about these shoes. They are my favorite statement piece of 2018!
This past week I spent a lot of time with my friend who is also a Rodan and Fields Consultant, ya know, stepping up my skin care knowledge (knowledge is power, ya'll) and I learned A TON! She also gave me some free samples to try out and I was extremely impressed - high-key considering the investment!
