I feel like this day has been one of the longest Monday’s in a while – especially with such a busy week ahead. The school semester is winding down with only six weeks left and work is picking up with Q2 around the corner – whew!
For those of you that follow me on insta, I hope you enjoyed keeping up with my trip to Orlando. It was seriously one of the best weekends I’ve had in a while. D and I went to visit his parents and I was able to meet even more family members and learn all about his hometown, something I’ve never been able to do before now!
There is nothing I love more than a weekend to disconnect and be present with family and friends. In less than three days I: turkey hunted for the first time, went wine tasting, ate bento box BBQ, explored park avenue, watched D relive his glory days (lol if you saw my video of him being ‘Dave of the Jungle’), learned to make Mrs. Sharon’s world famous flank steak AND chicken & rice, and lastly, the whole reason for this story… got to stock up on all my favorite Trader Joe’s items!
I mean, do you know who I am? $5.99 bottles of Italian wine and imported Champagne, do I need to say more? Trader Joe’s has a huge variety of wines that are delicious and literally cheaper than Bare Foot… so duh?
This is my favorite seasoning on the planet and luckily for me, it’s also available on Amazon. Everything but the Bagel Sesame Blend is it. Bottom line.
No matter what store I go to, I can never find organic coconut oil for less than $12, until Trader Joe’s. This is a must have for me because I put it all over my body and my food.
Nuts & Granola
This is another one that is super pricey everywhere I go, again, until Trader Joe’s. Stocking up for all my walnut salads and spring parfaits!
That’s it – short and sweet! I hope you have a great start to your week and if you are a Trader Joe’s fan, I’d love to hear your suggestions! What are your favorite items to stock up on? Also, I have two questions for ya’ll: What is your opinion of vlogging? Have you heard of the new app Holonis?
Be confidently you,
